Never again

As many of you may have already heard from the news, today marks the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp.

The role of targeted gun control cannot be stressed enough whenever we contemplate genocides throughout history and think on "how can we make sure this never happens again".

Yes, we know that the Weimar government had broader based gun control as a result of the Treaty of Versailles, and the Nazi party loosened some of those restrictions when they took power. However, when they reintroduced regulations, they were very much targeted at specific groups, namely the Jewish population.

Never again means never registration, never confiscation. Never.
