All y'all: The Commerce Clause was supposed to allow Congress to make sure states weren't, you know, enacting tariffs and duties on each other. Not to act as a facilitator for 2nd grader logic "Oh oh oh...it TOUCHED COMMERCE, I can regulate it now!"
