Every time Rep. Lowe goes on TV, he beclowns himself by erroneously describing even the most basic of Constitutional concepts. In this video, he says with a straight face that Sen. Dahm's bill is "unconstitutional" because Federal law always trumps state law because of the Commerce Clause. You know, not due to the actual Supremacy Clause which he forgot was a thing, and probably would just misinterpret anyway.
It baffles me that he can possibly be a practicing attorney admitted to the Oklahoma Bar, and that he received his JD from Oklahoma City University (which heretofore I had always heard was a decent law school).
